Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and following the entry into force of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, in accordance with Art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation, we would like to inform you of the following:
Purpose of Data Processing
Your personal data, voluntarily provided and acquired by us through the activities carried out by Fatima Befumo – Via Francesco Crispi 2/4 – 98071 Capo d’Orlando (ME), will be processed lawfully and fairly for the following purposes:

Legitimate Interests Pursued by the Data Controller: the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data consist of fulfilling and honoring the contractual obligations entered into between the parties. Pursuant to Art. 6, the lawfulness of processing is based on the explicit consent expressed by the data subject, documented in written form. Mandatory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond: the provision of your data is mandatory in order for the Data Controller to provide the requested services. In the event of refusal, it will therefore be impossible to complete the registration process and the System Controller will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.
Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and by authorized persons strictly entitled to process the data. Your personal data will not be disclosed publicly.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years from the termination of the service/product supply relationship in the IT archives owned by Fatima Befumo.
Intentions of the Data Controller Regarding Personal Data Processing
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization.

Art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding: the origin of the personal data; the purposes and methods of processing; the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; the identification details of the Data Controller, the Data Processor, and the representative designated pursuant to Art. 5 paragraph 2; the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge.
The data subject has the right to obtain: updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; deletion, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; certification that the operations referred to in letters a. and b. have been notified, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection; to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
In particular, the data subject may at any time request from the Data Controller access to personal data and the rectification or deletion of such data or restriction of processing concerning them or object to their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
